Separately, once you accept cookies via the banner on this site, analytics data about your visit is collected to understand how the site is used; this only happens after you accept, never before.

Legal basis: form submissions are processed because you've asked us to respond to your inquiry (a pre-contractual step, or performance of a contract if one follows). Analytics cookies are processed only on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain.

International transfers: submitted form data is sent by email through Resend, a service based in the United States. Analytics data, once you've consented, is processed by Yandex and Google (United States). By using this site and submitting a form or accepting cookies, you acknowledge this transfer.

Retention: form submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward, then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to the standard retention settings of Yandex.Metrika and Google Analytics.

Your rights under GDPR: you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict its processing, to object to its processing, to receive a copy of it in a portable format, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
