Trainings

I teach teams, executives, and experts to speak in public. I teach at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO and SberUniversity, and run corporate training programs.

My programs don't include "power poses," the "7-38-55 rule," or "body language," because none of that replicates in research. Instead, I use an evidence-based approach and methods whose effects hold up across repeated studies.

Formats, descriptions, and prices are below on this page.

Public Speaking Training

The program comes in three formats, but the core stays the same. Every training includes three required topics plus one or more additional ones.

* For in-person trainings outside Moscow, logistics must also be factored in. Discounts are available for volume and for agencies.

** If none of the formats above fit your needs, get in touch and I'll put together a program for your situation.

Cases

27×

The company measured the effect themselves — the training paid for itself 27 times over within a year. The credit isn't the training's alone: employees found the ideas and saw them through to implementation, and leadership backed them. In the training, we shaped the ideas, gathered objections, built arguments, and fit it all into a five-minute pitch to the CEO.

Irbis — a group of companies running a network of gas stations in Tatarstan and ten other regions.

+30%

Sales grew 30% — 2025 versus 2024. The growth can't be attributed to the training alone, yet its impact was substantial: a year later we met with participants and broke down exactly what had changed in their talks — personal stories from their trips, agents' questions gathered in advance, and a structure built around the audience's interests rather than the product.

PAC Group — a tour operator. Tours are sold through travel agencies, so these talks are close to equivalent to sales pitches.

Required Topics

Additional Topics

Dramaturgy

You'll learn to hold attention through content and structure a talk so people enjoy listening to the end. We work through three formats: the pitch, the masterclass, and storytelling.

Metaphor and Humor

Useful for anyone explaining complex things to people unfamiliar with the subject. We cover not just what these tools can do, but their limits too.

Argumentation

The participant learns to persuade a skeptic using arguments grounded in values and interests, without resorting to pressure or losing trust. We compare the effectiveness of four types of arguments.

Voice and Speech Technique

For anyone who speaks too quietly, swallows word endings, or loses their voice by the end of the day. An introductory module: breathing, diction, resonance, and a short warm-up before going on stage.

The Stanislavsky System

The participant stays themselves on stage — no tension, no pretending, no playing a role. Sincere, well-placed emotion is what reveals genuine charisma. This isn't about teaching "correct" gestures, pauses, or intonation.

Answering Questions

Useful if uncomfortable questions are expected after a talk — public defenses, sales pitches, press conversations. We practice two approaches: giving an honest answer, and giving an honest, well-argued refusal to answer.

Speaking Practice

Every topic is followed by practice. Every participant speaks at least once during the training.

Talks are evaluated from three sides — by the speaker themselves, by other participants, and by the instructor. Everyone ends up with an individual report with feedback and recommendations (the evaluation service is provided by partner company BSSL).

Other Trainings and Formats

Presentation Training

This training is for teams who build their own presentations. I co-run it with Anton Grigoriev — founder and director of the HotRed agency, a speaker and session moderator at SPIEF (the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum). The training runs two days: the first day is devoted entirely to theory and preparation, the second to the talks themselves.

Team Communication

A half-day or full-day session on what happens between the talks: how to give feedback, how to listen to employees' ideas, when to give an order versus when to persuade, how to get your own idea noticed. More a workshop than a training: lots of discussion and case review. The program is built around your specific situation.

Internal Conference

A turnkey internal company conference: selecting speakers, choosing topics, preparing talks, and giving feedback.

Pitch Accelerator

I act as an outside public-speaking consultant for teams. I help them prepare, rehearse, and confidently present their projects to investors, partners, or a jury.

Effective Meetings

Teams stop wasting time in meetings and learn to discuss problems and find solutions. Techniques for gathering input from everyone, generating options, and selecting solutions.
